I believe PFF loved our draft overall until our last two 4th rounders yesterday and they loved our 5th. Gabriel and Hub loved the lanky corner we picked in the 4th out of that Iowa school. That's all I know off the top of my head. Reviews were mixed among analysts on Floyd, but I trust Fox/Fangio on that one.

In reality, this is pretty much how I feel without my Cubs fueled sports bravado.

i honestly thought it was better than that -
I can personally attest that there are Cards fans out there that claim that they would not trade rosters with the Cubs. well there was just that one cardstalk dude who thinks it's obvious/common knowledge that the cardinals clearly run out a better 8 and the cubs offense sucks (because batting average LOL)

i still see cardinal fans claiming grichuk is better than kb

1. Jordan Howard, Indiana Howard continues to be overlooked and finds himself as an afterthought of Day 2, or even later. Based upon his body of work, however, we have him at No. 59 overall, and one lucky team could end up with a steal by drafting him. No running back in this draft class had a higher yards after contact per attempt average this season, at 3.69 yards per carry, and over the course of the last two seasons he caught passes at an 80 percent clip and provided a level of pass protection ranking at the top of the class (just five total pressures allowed in 178 pass-blocking snaps). Should his drafting team convince him to drop his force-first-contact approach, which has led to some injury issues for him, Howard could become a special player at the next level.

gabriel and the traditional guys seem to like Hall, which, of course, PFF seems not to gabriel comared hall to peanut

If we pick a CB or RB they basically have to play ST or there isn't a roster spot for them. It's definitely a factor at this point, particularly for RB. I still want a S too, but maybe they think Rolle will bounce back. d'oh...when i typed CB, i was thinking secondary, but yeah, it'd be nice if they could pull another amos out of their asses

I thought that was Trestman's philosophy. It's typical of zone blocking teams, which we aren't really, though we're not a power scheme totally either. aren't we trying to go that way? i'll admit my knowledge of x's and o's is extremely rudimentary

i think we value high end interior line play more highly as long as we can be adequate on the edges. lots of shotgun and lots of quick throws nowadays. I thought that was Trestman's philosophy. it's not only trestman's philosophy...and i think the saints are pretty known for it too

i'm a sucker for defensive line play so i really want more more more i get wanting to pick up dudes at TE/CB/RB though
