    some pitchers literally say they are looking to pitch to more contact, including arrieta and sale this year Pitchers say a lot of things. Sale I'm almost positive is trying to not scare people with his drop in velocity by saying something that sounds strategic but he's literally just not missing as many bars with his stuff anymore Sale and Cooper both said it was an objective before starting this season.

    i'm not sure what LLF is being jumped on about here...funny or not, it was obviously a jokey reference to coghlan losing his spot (and being sentenced to baseball hell) on a 110 win behemoth as a direct and immediate result of the fowler signing.

    same...it's hard to say with any certainty but i guess it's just a confidence thing after the way those guys got worked in the big leagues. just couldn't find it again? or worked on adjustments to improve their chances at success in the bigs and the adjustments don't take/make them worse, i guess.
