    by the way, there's a great gallery of pics from last night at the tribune. they're high res. and you can make them huge with the URL trick i've mentioned before (where you just change the resolution in the URL) http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/ not sure how to directly link to the gallery but it's the first thing on the page

    As great of a story it would be for Schwarber to make the roster, I can't help but think LaStella is the better option. I want it to be Schwarber, but he can't play defense and would be a liability on the bases, so it's basically home run or nothing. I won't be surprised at all if the Cubs decide to go the safe route. We have potentially four DH games.

    I say 5% because every once in a while this FO does some crazy aggressive horsefeathers when you think they might err on the side of caution. Plus he seems pretty far along in his recovery already. But the reality is it'd be really hard for him to get up to game speed (even though we do have a massive lead and a bunch of basically meaningless games coming up). Maybe I was too low. Maybe UM was right. But the bold is still exactly right.
