I don't see how that's that stupid-unless you're implying that the Redskins don't have anywhere near that depth. That is the goal of every team though to be exactly what Gibbs is talking about. I think it is a pretty dumb quote coming from the team with the number 6 pick. If you dont have many weaknesses maybe you should have won more games. Saying that a 5-11 team can't draft a starter with the #6 pick is borderline absurd. Alan Branch, LaRon Landry, Jamaal Anderson, Gaines Adams, Amobi Okoye, and possibly even CJ could be there at that pick and any one of them could start from day 1 and provide an immediate improvement.
