Short yardage calls are Nagy's bugaboo. So are long and medium yardage calls.

Everyone says this. But the defense is fine. Not dominating, but 17 points thru 3 quarters should win games with a normal offense. They've played on half a field most of the game too. Is 6.7 yards per play good? I’m seriously asking. They seem like they have been gashed all game and not just because they are tired, it started from the first drive. Great that they’ve managed to make timely plays to prevent more damage but overall they haven’t looked good to me No it's not good. But even the best defenses aren't going to dominate every game. The 85 Bears allowed 35+ against the Dolphins. The problem is they need to dominate every game to have a chance. The real issue is the offense and only the offense.

Ok that drive was bad by the D. But the other TD drives were 55 and 52 yards and they have been on the field for 25 of the 43 minutes.
