Absolutely. Walking on the concourse, you could tell who had not been to a game all season. The people on my right last night were at their second game ever in Wrigley, the couple to my left never came back after leaving in the second inning.

I'd sell it now for $300 and then try to get lucky with the late releases like the NLDS. Once you start asking for 300, your pool or prospective buyers shrinks. $300 PW + $150 for 2 tickets = $450 or from CL or Stubhub $450 for two tickets You think you'll be able to get a pair of decent seats for $450 in the NLCS?? The real is question is, do I feel I will be able to get tickets for less than $150 ($165 less after charges) over face.

If youre the seller, you can make whatever rules you like. Your price will certainly be affected should you offer no refund. But yes, most of what I have seen offer no, or partial refunds.

It took a long time for NLDS tickets to "sell out" with lottery winners. There will be time, the the first two games will be more popular than games 6 and 7. I would go for game 6 first myself.
