    That's disgusting. If it is Prior's first game back after his rehab, and he is at 140 pitches through 7, with a no-no. You keep marching his ass out there. You never take that away from a pitcher. I would pull him. I think Prior would rather have the rest of his career than a no-no. He can leave on his own, but that is his call.
