Really? I Know our outfielders are bad, but come on? Pagan has never shown any promise. That's why we were able to buy him from the Mets for cents on the dollar. Who do you want out there? "Swingin for the Fences Every $@%#ing AB" Jones? Murton, who cant even catch an easy pop-up? Or a disabled Cliff Floyd? I'd put Sori in RF, Pie in CF, and Murton in LF. That's the best overall offensivedefensive arrangement we could field in the OF. nah, if ur gonna move fonso to right, floyd would be just as good at D as Murt, and way better at offense, Murton is trash and shouldnt be anywhere near the starting lineup. Sori/Pie/Floyd should be the OF, while floyd is hurt (ugh) we should use Jones I guess, lol I sadly think DeRo RF, Riot 2B, Izzy SS, may be the best choice until floyd is healthy. anyway, Tyler Colvin will fill out our outfield in a year or two and we should be set: 2008/2009 1. A. Soriano (LF) 2. E. Patterson (2B) (Good pop, great contact hitter, lots of speed) 3. D. Lee (1B) 4. A. Ramirez (3B) 5. Wieters © (Great hitter, both power and average, rocket arm, great D) 6. Colvin (RF) (Great swing, great average hitter, good power, has speed) 7. Pie (CF) (The Gem) 8. Theriot/Izturis/??? SS Thats a solid team, with lots of speed and power 1. Soriano (.280-.300avg, 30-40hr, 80-100rbi, 30-40sb, 100+r) 2. Patterson (.285-.310avg, 15-20hr, 70-80rbi, 50-60sb, 90-100r) 3. Lee (.300-.330avg, 30-40hr, 90-120rbi, 10-15sb, 100+r) 4. Ramirez (.290-.320avg, 35-45hr, 100-130rbi, 0-3sb, 90-100+r) 5. Wieters (.285-.315avg, 20-30(35)hr, 80-100rbi, 0-3sb, 80-100r) 6. Colvin (.280-.290avg, 20-25hr, 75-85rbi, 15-20sb, 75-85r) 7. Pie (.290-.300avg, 15-20hr, 70-85rbi, 20-25sb, 75-85r) ok well maybe im being a bit optimistic but it would be nice if our guys developed into what they were supposed to once in a while
