The Tech guy that took the halfcourt shot had a couple seconds left to dribble and get a better shot. Either way, it's been a very entertaining game, although those waiting for Creighton-Southern Illinois probably aren't too happy. Yeah he shot that way too early. He might've been able to get a normal jump shot in.

Texas Tech blocks a layup on the inbounds play and we're going to OT #2!

Amazing comeback in OT by Oklahoma State. Down 5, OSU makes the layup, gets fouled, and hits the free throw. Then they steal the inbound pass and make the layup to tie it. Texas Tech breaks the press and goes down court for a contested layup but they miss it, now OSU ball with 20.9 seconds left.

What a joke game, and that's not a blast on Mizzou, those were the absolute WORST refs I have ever seen. Absolutely terrible.

Taking a TE in the first round would be the worst possible (plausible) move Angelo could make. I honestly don't see the Bears taking anyone, and instead trading it away for more picks.

Go anywhere in the world. 2X is really easy for good jerseys. I meant for cheap throwbacks. I don't have the money to drop $50+ on a jersey in stores. I looked but didn't find much in terms of old school stuff.

If anyone finds any good Cubs throwback jerseys in 2XL, please post them here. I'm not on eBay all that much, so I'm sure I miss a lot of good stuff.

I'd like to say that I completely approve of all of that. I'd like to say it's totally classless... You're just pissed cuz Mizzou sucks, and lost twice to us this year. Well, get use to it. It won't change next year. In response to this, and I can't speak for TT, but I'm more than pleasantly surprised that we have 14 wins already this year. I had NO expectations coming into this season, and Mike Anderson has already shown that he can build a winning program here. I said at the beginning of the year I'd be happy with sneaking into the NIT, and we have a solid chance at 17-19 wins. And yes, it will change next year. Demarre Carroll alone could put us at at least .500 in the Big 12. Plus, give guys like Tiller and K. Lawrence more experience, this team will be MUCH better next year.

That was outstanding. I was a little disappointed with them against Nebraska, I thought they could've done a lot better, but I bet they pull out all the stops against Kansas.

It sounds like George White, MLB from Flint (MI) Carman-Ainsworth HS is forgoing his commitment to Michigan State and is instead signing with Mizzou. According to Rivals he's the 24th best inside linebacker in the nation and the 17th best overall player in Michigan. Very nice job on this one Pinkel. -

Yep, this is supposed to be Pinkel's best class yet. Too bad we couldn't end up with William Cole, but at least he didn't go to kU or anywhere in the North. Amie would be a nice addition to cap off the class. Yeah, RB Derrick Washington intrigues me, but I kind of feel he's just another Temple/Woods/Goldsmith/JJ, but who knows. Also, it looks like we got Brad Smith 2 coming in Gilbert Moye. They say he could get converted to WR or Safety...I'd love to see him on some end-arounds, I just watched his video on Rivals and he is nasty. -
I love David Carr. I think he's a great talent. I'd love him on the Bears, but I would never in a million years pay him that salary and trade the talent it would take to get him. Seems like a 3rd or 4th rounder might be all it takes, which isn't that steep (though JA's 3rd rounders are gold). Trade a 3rd rounder for Carr, then ship off Rex or Griese for a late draft pick to make up for it. Rex would probably be easier to ship off, with Griese's contract lasting 4 more years and Grossman's just one. Plus, we'd have to open up #8 for Carr ;)

Mizzou wins @ Iowa State by 22, impressive and much needed win for this team. Next up: home vs. Kansas on Saturday.

Not cool. I'm following on Gametracker at work and didn't notice the time when you made that post. Unless ESPN is lying to me, Mizzou is up 12 at the under-12 timeout. It was about this time that they blew a similar lead against ISU in their last meeting. Up 9 now with 9 to go. Kalen Grimes has looked outstanding tonight.
