    Oh man, I love seeing all the pictures that come out of spring training. Especially those of new Cubs. That, yes. But even when I lived in IL I rarely watched ST games. By the time March rolls around I'm bored to tears of exhibition baseball and just ready for April. March is always good for college basketball. This is true. That slipped my mind.

    Dammit. Aaron Boyd drop Mizzou and is down to UK and Oregon. Second big time recruit Mizzou has lost a chance at in two days, with the other being an OL named Hall (I forget his first name, but he's 6-10 320 pounds :shock: ). It'd be nice if we could land a surprise on signing day to make up for these.

    There were a few times I thought traveling should've been called on kansas under the hoop, but nothing that was called against Mizzou changed the game all that much. Like you said, it's just bad all around officiating, and again by Hightower. You know a ref is bad when he's at the NCAA level and I recognize his name.

    True, but for some people (like myself) who has limited knowledge on prep football players, it's nice to have a general measure of how a team is doing recruiting-wise.

    According to ESPN announcers, kansas is "classy" because they didn't shoot with 20 seconds left, up 19. They were fellating the hell out of the jayhawks the last 5 minutes of that game. Awful officiating, awful game, and we're an awful team. I can't wait for baseball.

    For Mizzou: Blaine Gabbert - top rated pro-style QB in the country Dan Hoch - top player from Iowa; top-20 nationally ranked OL Andrew Jones - #2 ranked player from Missouri, behind Gabbert; top 15 TE in country From my understanding they are the front-runners (or one of them) to land WR Aaron Boyd, the #1 player from Kentucky and a top-40 WR in the nation. This will easily be Pinkel's best class, and should be a top 25 class nationally. Pinkel has done a great job taking back the state of Missouri, with 8 of the state's top 12 players committed to Mizzou.

    I was driving up from Missouri to Illinois because I had the "pleasure" of going to the next days game. It was just me and my girlfriend and she was asleep and we were nearing Springfield when Aramis hit it. I went absolutely nuts, I was screaming and banging on my steering wheel. My girlfriend woke up completely confused. What a moment.
