Zagone has had a horrible year.... IIRC, he has been in the pen lately. He's been used in the pen or rotation when needed. He started the year mostly in the pen because of an injury.

Well, I felt that if Mizzou had any shot at this regional they would have to throw Zagone today, hope for a win, and then throw Crow against Miami. I really don't see us winning a game the rest of the weekend, unless Bethune-Cookman pulls out a miracle today.

My Adams Idea irons came in today, and boy are they sexy. They're in excellent condition, better than I anticipated, with just a few ball scuffs here and there. I'm excited to go out tomorrow (hopefully, if the weather holds) and hit the range/par 3 course.

I'd almost like him if he pitched a CG SO tonight, and then during his postgame interview he karate kicked Edmonds in the chest in celebration of his performance, breaking Edmonds' chest plate, knocking him out for the season. After this happens, it is determined that Marquis has broken his ankle, and he will also be out for the season. Rich Hill gets the call up after his start tomorrow. Yep, I think that's the best possible solution for tonight.

With the possibility of Z, Soto, Fuku, and Soriano all making the team, it's going to make it really hard for guys like Marmol, Dempster, Ramirez, and Lee to get on the roster because they have to fill that rule that says every team needs to be represented. I bet we don't see more than the first 4 Cubs listed make the team. -
