  1. still 6-1 in the top of the sixth, I have no idea who is pitching, but I hope it is still Williams, because that would mean he had his best outing of the spring.
  2. well, if my stupid job had a stupid office in stupid Arizona, then maybe I could go, but noooooooooo...they don't. I would love that job though. I guess if someone lives in Arizona, they could start that business and have a few employees go to the games that are not televised and give a play by play of the game via the internet. It couldn't be vocal with me though, I cuss too much watching the Cubs.
  3. if you guys are willing to pay my way every spring, I will travel with the team and sit through every game with my laptop and wireless internet connection and give you pbp.
  4. I'm glad they finally sent Restovich down, man, I was tired of seeing him get so many ABs
  5. unlcear on how it was done, but it is now 6-1 Cubs
  6. if that was directed at me. the flipping i meant would be from williams pen/rusch rotation to williams rotation/rusch pen IF Rusch was doing poorly and Williams was pitching well. ah, sorry I misunderstood you. Carry on.
  7. the idea of flip spots in the rotation is a bit ridiculous, 4th or 5th it doesn't matter, all that matters is in or out of the rotation.
  8. oh...okay. I haven't been paying as much attention as I usually do. Thanks.
  9. sorry if this is a stupid question, but why did Zambrano hit if it was a Angels home game and the Angels used a DH?
  10. it was definitely Watson... http://mlb.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/news/boxscore.jsp?gid=2006_03_29_chnmlb_anamlb_1
  11. it is just like ex-Cub pitchers to come in and give up a homer. sheesh.
  12. I thought Wellemeyer was traded yesterday, how did he give up a home run?
  13. crap, I hope we trade this Dow Jones guy, of course if we trade him to the Yankees then he would do well. Jerk.
  14. either your bold tags aren't working or my eyes suck.
  15. YAHOOO!!! Really nice start by Rusch. Just when you wanna give up on him... that's how they get you.
  16. francisco cruceta is a delicious appetitizer, isn't it?
  17. long ninth innings are the Cubs' calling card
  18. I'm tired of that jerk driving in runs and screwing up his numbers so that they are confusing.
  19. OBPs in ST for the 1 and 2 guys (according to Dusty) Pierre .271 Cedeno .256 Neifi .222 Walker .357 Hairston .417 hmmm...
  20. I love him in a heterosexual, brokeback mountain way.
  21. ah yes, that is right, I tend to forget that and get angry PMs from Tim.
