the Cub staff gave up 8 walks! It is amazing that they only scored 3 runs in that time.

Just because he was optioned to AAA, doesn't mean he can't still pitch in major league spring training. it does, however, make little sense.

according to mlb.com Novoa is picthing the ninth, that can't be right.

the Cubs have 16 hits so far in this game...it is the end of the 8th so unless AZ comes back that's it.

you got to give Theriot credit, the guy can't hit all that well, but he can get on base and clog up the bases. heh. We need guys who can takes walks and make the opposing pitchers work harder.
