    No nothing from BA, Fangraphs or anywhere else for that matter. The following 4 were left with no team "favoured" to sign between either MLB and Kiley McDaniel. Keeping an eye on these 4. Name Pos Rank Alvaro Seijas P 6 Albert Guaimaro OF 11 Miguel Aparicio OF 22 Simon Muzziotti OF 24 MLB has Seijas likely signing with the Cardinals. :banghead: They also have the Red Sox in the lead for Guaimaro and Muzziotti, but other teams (including the Cubs on Muzziotti) are in the mix. Yeah they seem to have updated the list. Looks like we will have to be happy signing 6 of the Top 30.

    Also of interest is that he says that Camargo looks like a starter in AZL and Cease is the "the best of the bunch". Thought Willis would be AZL starter so good to see he will be starting in Eugene.

    no one else? others of note were eugenio palma, luis hidalgo, and wladimir galindo Is that just from stats or have you heard anything of them. Have not seen any info on Palma myself.

    And this is the minimum that will happen but anything else would be a bonus. For the next 3-5 years most of our money will be invested in TOR pitching. Let's just hope one of these guys blows us away and becomes a TOR pitcher. My money is on Cease and he will arrive just in time!!

    Been very quite on this front for a while now. Expect a lot of information to come out in the coming weeks. Finally will see what the cubs strategy is this year.

    Yohan Matos on the BA top 20 DSL/VSL players list. Not bad! TCR has him in the DSL again. Would be hoping he would make AZL ball.

    It seems like an international draft can only be introduced in 2017 but the penalties can be increased for the next two signing periods. Is this correct? With the Dodgers and a couple of other teams seemingly going all out in 2015 I think it would be wise to sit this year out. (as in just sign 5-6 400-750k guys). Then in 2016 when the Dodgers, Yankees, Red Sox, Rays and Angels all will be out and what quite possibly will also include the Phillies, Blue Jays, Twins, Royals and Rangers. That is almost free reign. IMO it would be worth it to hold on 1 more year.

    Some of the info on the $250k signings. BA's Cubs International Review What way do people say it play out this year? I think they take a similar approach this year when they have a high pool to work with and sign a few lesser player but maybe in the 400k to 750k range.
