About 40% of the pages in this thread are a long winded discussion about how clutch/unclutch Kane is. People were pointing out Kane's only goal in this tournament before today came in a 6-1 laugher. Oooh. So drawn from the same logic as the "Sammy only hits solo HR's because he's selfish" argument. Gotcha. I assumed that's what it was but I usually dont watch/follow hockey at all. I've got to say, the olympics have been fun to watch, though. Then watch the NHL playoffs, rooting for the Hawks, or otherwise, the NHL playoffs are amazing. I'd love to watch the playoffs but we don't get Versus... My dorm gets neither Versus or CSN, so I can literally see about zero games per year. But like I said, i've never been one to enjoy hockey but the can/us and then this game have been really fun to watch.

So I was skimming over fangraphs and there was a pretty interesting article on Livan Hernandez. There's a good chance he'll find his way onto the Nationals rotation this year where he will have the chance to extend his crazy streak of 30+ starts to THIRTEEN consecutive years.
