    I dont know if you're being serious or not, but if you are, then if we got a crappy prospect at least we could let him waste away in the minors as opposed to paying him 4 million dollars to watch him fail time after time.

    well I just read all 9 pages and i'm pretty upset that it turns out no one will be traded. I was REALLY hoping jones/eyre was on their way out. however, CONGRATULATIONS to Sean and his father. Yay.

    too bad for them there were more Cubs fans there last night and i expect more of the same tonight Yeah...you could hear the crowd erupt when Fonzi hit that shot....almost as loud as if it were in Wrigley. Most animated ive seen the dugout this year too. Yeah, they showed a shot of the dugout after the HR and they were really excited. More than usual. we may suck, but at least we care.

    Did Marshall even have 3 starts like this last year, let alone consecutively. I dont recall. Was Marshall really THAT bad last year? I seem to remember him coming up and pitching pretty well, and then just falling off at the end. Maybe (probably) I'm wrong.

    Yeah, I didnt even think about that, that would help a ton with QB's.

    I wouldn't be opposed to a 2-3 week open-trade-market type deal before announcing the keepers, that could be interesting. Also, I agree with vance that the scoring/roster size is good as-is.
