All of LeBron's friends are still blabbing it all over town that he's going to Miami with just hours left. Right. All the more reason he's not going there and he's probably going to Cleveland. That's an excellent comparison. I have no response for such genius. Bravo, good sir. Be a smartass if you'd like, but its just as good of a comparison as yours is. The advantage LeBron/Wade have over Deng/whoever is just infinitely larger than any that the bulls might have over their other guys. Dont get me wrong, I'm not guaranteeing the heat an NBA championship, but to say that they might not even beat out that list of teams that you gave is just insane.

To the extent that they'll be able to slash and kick, sure, but who are they going to slash and kick to? Are Kyle Korver, Mike Miller and Jared Dudley going to call a press conference announcing their intention to sign with the Miami Heat? Who do they dump the ball to inside? Pape Sow? I'll repeat: this And 1 monstrosity won't get out of the Eastern Conference. I doubt they could even take the Bulls in a seven-game series. :lol: We'll see about that I suppose... It's not as far fetched as you would think. Noah vs Heat C BULLS Boozer vs Bosh PUSH - maybe slight Heat edge LeBron vs Deng HEAT Wade vs Bulls SG HEAT Rose vs Chalmers BULLS Bench BULLS Coaching HEAT - assuming Riley comes back Thats a pretty narrow way of looking at it, though. You could take a 3-on-3 team of Me, Michael Jordan in his prime, and my (legally blind) roommate and put us up against 3 average division III basketball players. By your reasoning they'd have a 2-1 advantage, but I bet my team would still win.

Yeah, I'm not buying that someone from ESPN is totally destroying their own show tomorrow. Makes no sense.

I'm withholding judgment until I see where James goes. I still say Chicago is the best place for him if he wants to win. If he goes to Miami it will be James/Bosh/Wade and then a bunch of minimum salary scrubs. They'll compete, but they will have absolutely NO depth on their bench. If he goes to New York he'll get all the money and fame he wants but I'm not sure that Stoudamire/James is going to be enough to win anything. However, if he comes to Chicago he'll have James/Rose/Noah plus plenty of money to go out and get either Lee or Boozer and maybe another role player or two. Not to mention they already have Deng under contract; not that that's a huge draw, but it's more than Miami has.

For what it's worth, I'm all but convinced he's leaving Cleveland now. This just seems like a "Yes, I'm leaving and breaking your hearts but I'm still totally committed to the community, SEE!?" To me, I think it's down to NY, Miami, or Chicago. And out of those three, I still think Chicago is the most attractive place for LeBron. Or, at least, it should be. If he goes to Miami, sure, he'll have Wade and Bosh - but that's all he'll have. It will be Wade, Bosh, James, and a bunch of minimum salary nobodies. If he comes to Chicago on the other hand, he has Rose, Noah, and enough money left to still get another max guy. That said, I still doubt he comes here. :x

On the bright side, you get to wake up at 10:30. This is true. It has a lot more to do with me being sick than anything, though.
