  1. Eff CSN. I have the day off thanks to finals and was looking forward to crashing after this super-long day of final-crap and watching the game. No such luck. Radio it is.
  2. Indeed. Props to you on the yellow hair.
  3. No doubt. That was awesome. Too bad that whole injury thing had to go down the way it did. I still drool thinking about what our infield could have looked like today: 1b- Lee 2b- DeRosa SS- Nomar 3b- Aram C- Soto *DROOL* ...granted Nomar no longer has the range to play SS - but I wonder how much that would have changed if he would have been healthy.
  4. hell man, you're just such a damn good lookin man, i couldnt keep my eyes off ya I get that a lot. Don't be ashamed.
  5. Might need to bump up the threshold here Fred... these ain't Dusty's CUBS no more! As a matter of fact, I have been thinking about that idea, but from the data so far this year, no obvious cutoff point is jumping out at me here....... Team record by number of walks taken CUBS are 0-2 when they take 0 walks CUBS are 1-0 when they take 1 walks CUBS are 4-1 when they take 2 walks CUBS are 4-3 when they take 3 walks CUBS are 1-3 when they take 4 walks CUBS are 2-2 when they take 5 walks CUBS are 2-2 when they take 6 walks CUBS are 3-1 when they take 7 walks CUBS are 2-1 when they take 8 walks CUBS are 1-0 when they take 9 walks CUBS are 1-0 when they take 10 walks CUBS are 1-0 when they take 11 walks CUBS are 0-0 when they take 12 walks I'm sure as the season goes on a cut-off point will develop. We simply haven't played enough games to have a whole lot of data for that, yet.
  6. I'm so sick of this sham closer.
  7. That's just rude No kidding. Why'd you make me watch that. Jerk. :(
  8. Freaking awesome! WTG sean.
  9. Anyone wanna take a guess whose section that jackoff came out of? (I'll give you a hint. Mine.) Effing moron. I was up four rows dealing with another fan and when i turned around he was climbing over the wall. I'd had problems with him the whole game and could have kicked him out the inning before but I was being nice and let him stay. We see how well that turned out. We just assumed it was you. Disgruntled employee and all. I was just trying to run over and shake Reed Johnson's hand :(
  10. Freshman 15! roast discovered beer Hahaha, this. Well, that, and the fact that since moving to college I have been jobless *until recently* and also not been doing TKD. Less exercise + beer = chubby roast. I'm working on losing it though.
  11. "Sing?" hahaha yeah. that was godawful.
  12. The odd part is that he wasn't like that during the game. I, on the other hand, only stopped once the camera was turned on. It was definitely a good game to go to and was nice meeting everyone. Hahaha, wow. I always take such magnificent pictures. they should give you guys more bathroom breaks. were you guys close to fukodome's homer? Not really. it was three or four sections left of us. EDIT: also, wtf is Yeti staring me down for in that last picture.
  13. Cubs go undefeated vs. the Pirates, they can go .500 against the rest of the league and still win 95. awesome. 90+ wins here we come!

I'd had problems with him the whole game and could have kicked him out the inning before but I was being nice and let him stay. We see how well that turned out. Haha so it's YOUR fault! :D Haha yep. All mine. It was funny though - the rest of the game every time any of my supervisors walked by they just laughed at me. Cause it's one of those things that once they're in the basket - you just let them go. They're going on the field anyway so there's no use risking your own injury to stop them. So there's really nothing you can do about it. They'll be spending the night in jail anyway. Oh well.
  15. Yeah, that woulda been me. Just for curiousity's sake, which one? By the suites, or by the main gate? I wish I would have said hello, but I wasn't sure and my business group was moving rather quickly. The business thing unfortunately prevented me from meeting all the rest of the board people as well. Main gate, most likely.

  19. Ahhhh the year of the .091 batting avg! Where is the "Army of .091" picture at hahaha
  20. That was awesome, is what that was. Good job.
  21. Well, folks, have fun. I'm going to be heading out in about half an hour/40 minutes which should put me at wrigley around 11. I'll be at McDonalds getting some breakfast (if they're still serving it...) for a while before entering the park at like 11:30. So if anyone sees me feel free to say hi.
  22. Yeah, what the hell. I started Haren yesterday and look how well that worked out!!! Also, today is NSBB day at wrigley. I would hope there are at least a couple people bringing signs to hype this and get shown on TV.
  23. To the best of my knowlege it was a mid-90's fastball with decent movement and I think he had a pretty good change too? Or I may just be making that part up.
  24. so randy johnson has been better against dempster than most of his teammates. coolio. http://www.abc1tv.co.uk/show/scrubs/profiles/cms_res/prof_scrubs_elliot.jpg
