Uh, WHy? He's only in the mid-80's in pitches. He seems to be losing his command just a little. Not all decisions are based on pitch count. It just seems to me that he's running out of gas. Losing his command "just a little" isn't any reason to take him out when he's been pitching so well. Case in point, he just pitched a scoreless inning that we would have wasted a bullpen arm on if we would have taken him out.
