Wow Huet, that was an awful attempt at stopping that shot. It wasn't even that great of a move.

Ugh, tonights version of Huet in a shootout. At least there won't be a bunch of people around the net to block his view of the puck.

If I would compare this game to a 2008 Cubs game, since they were both awesome, with the Hawks surely more awesome in the playoffs, it would be the Giants/Cubs game at Wrigley where Marmol blew that huge lead in the 9th after we had like a 5-6 run lead. The first couple of runs were like "how cute they still think they have a chance", then it was like "oh crap its close now, do your job" and then the surreal "what the hell just happened" feeling. Now we need Reed Johnson to slap one past the goaltender to get us a win.

i dunno. at least 2 of those last 4 goals should have been stopped easily. the hawks (mostly huet) gave them the point. Yeah but they deserve credit for outplaying the Blackhawks for an entire period, which I think they really did.

The way the Hawks have been playing, I'm stunned to see the Hawks even give a team a point.

The Wild look like they have no desire to attack on offense this last 45 seconds. They are playing for the first point.

Looks like the Wild and Hawks will get a point and play OT unless something changes in the next 90 seconds. Unbelievable Huet. If he keeps pulling this crap we're gonna have to rely on Niemi on our playoff run.

Like the announcer said, Huet never saw that shot, good thing it was deflected. What the hell is he doing out there?

The Hawks had a 4 goal lead over Minnesota, the Bulls had a 20 point lead over Minnesota, both during the final periods. I would have bet you all the money in my savings that if one team was going to blow their lead* it would have been the Bulls, but it looks like they are going to hold on. *important to note that the Hawks haven't actually blown their lead, just a lot of it.

Blowing a 4 goal lead with 12 minutes left is like blowing a 35 point lead in basketball. OK not really, but pretend your not from Chicago like you have all year Hawks.

If they give up another one, they should pull Huet. A couple of those goals allowed were bad.
