    Barstool Big Cat essentially said the same thing. The Show is called “Bernstein and Holmes,” so why not call him by that name. I didn’t think Barstool Eddie was trying to be condescending. He probably shouldn’t have called him “Bernstein” never having met him, but Dan overreacted and then Portnoy further overreacted by saying he wanted to ruin Dan’s career forever.

    Barstool had one of their guys fill in for the afternoon show on 670 now that Parkins is gone to FS1 TV. In show transition, Eddie from Barstool called Dan by just “Bernstein” and Dan said “you don’t know me like that.” It was tough to gauge intent since Eddie from Barstool was off site on a remote with Spiegel, but clearly Dan doesn’t like Barstool. Portnoy and Big Cat and the rest of the Barstool minions weren’t happy. They said Dan used to be cool and like them, but now is just a crotchety old man and part of legacy media that is dying.

    Looking at Eberflus’ record, he should be on the hot seat from week 1 this year. But I think that Poles likes him and the Bears probably don’t want to make a change this soon into Caleb’s tenure apart from a complete team collapse and losing the locker room and I don’t see that happening.

    I might be misunderstanding what front office is, but I thought that was separate from the business side. I thought front office was considered baseball ops.

    I am very anxious about this injury now. Eberflus said it was from blocking, but others say that Rome got rolled up from behind the play before.

    Cleveland has terrible luck with QBs, but I really don’t feel sorry for them after giving Watson that contract

    Rookie starting QB. I get that you don’t want to risk injury in the preseason, just be ok with these kind of games for at least a few weeks. But considering that 1st overall pick QBs were 1-14-1 their last 16 first ever games, today was not terrible.
