Exactly, he played a quarter with a concussion and we're questioning his toughness? No one knows when the concussion happened. It was never really made official. There were two plays that people thought it occurred on. I think one was the last play of the second quarter. Stop making crap up just to get arguments going. Not a good time. The schtick is already old, but it's really tired and annoying today. I'm not making anything up OK. The Bears and Lovie Smith were tight-lipped with it. I think Cutler is a competitor. At the time I didn't think he was hurt. I was wrong about that. But the point stands is that we don't know when it happened against the Giants.

Beasts get sacks, especially when you go up against a second stringer for part of the game. Peppers had one hit on Rodgers and it cost 15 yards and a first. If Peppers doesn't win the Defensive MVP, he'll be in the top 3 in voting, all while getting 8 sacks. Fine. But he didn't do much today which is what we are talking about. I don't know why anyone would defend him after his performance today.

Not that I want to, but Arizona needs one and they could trade Fitzgerald to the Bears for Cutler.

Most likely. The Bears were playing better ball. Better defense, better offense. And they had the crowd behind them.

I'm done with Martz. The Bears didn't want him at first and then had to get him because no one else wanted the job. Yes he was able to make changes in the Dallas game, but reverted back to the old Martz after. The Yahoo! report of this week made it known that it wasn't Martz who became balanced. In the bye week Lovie forced him to. The guy they originally wanted, Bates, is free now. Peppers did NOTHING!

Maynard was fine all year, but he did not have it today. He was bad against Carolina in 2006 too.

They really held the Packers down even though Peppers didn't do much outside of the roughing the passer penalty

That was one of the worst QB performances to win and go to a Super Bowl with.
