    Lovie does have a solid W/L %. He gets the most out of his players. He doesn't have the final say on draft day. How many head coaches run the offense and defense? Very few at the most.

    Qbs have to be able to throw to a spot. All good qbs do. You can't expect Hester to be able to know how to do that. Jay has to know that by now. Hester can only be thrown to when he's clearly open.
