  1. they are And it's not particularly close.
  2. Yeah and I value a danish more than a doorstop.
  3. It never will. He's posturing so that it can look like the city will "give" him something; my guess is it will be centered around an agreement to fix up the Sheridan L stop, something the city already needs to do and probably would have done in the relatively near future anyway. I haven't taken it in awhile, but I thought the Sheridan L stop was just fixed in the past year.
  4. That's great, but are they fruits or vegetables? Groan-worthy Szczur salad joke goes here. :D :D :D =D>   =P~ :-o :-o :-o
  5. Did they do anything for Majerus?
  6. I keep forgetting that Iowa State lost to TT, and am assuming them as a lock in my head. My mind is going to be fucked when I put my names to paper.
  7. (including Exile on Waveland) viewtopic.php?f=44&t=56904&p=2400506&hilit=Butler%27s+leading#p2400506
  8. Oladipo yes, Zeller, meh. And 25-5 in this Big Ten is really damn impressive. While they should've won a couple of those 5, they also won @ OSU and @ MSU
  9. It's incredible how just about all of the 1-seed candidates have at least one inexplicable loss on their resume. IU's the only one I can think of without a really terrible one (road losses to Illinois and Minnesota are nothing to be ashamed of). Every game they've lost has been to a team that's going to be a top 7 seed in the NCAA's. But I am ashamed of the Ohio St. loss. I just dont think they are a very good team. I think Illinois is a more complete team actually. Not that OSU is bad, but as I said earlier, can't lose that game on that day under those circumstances on Tuesday. I don't think Illinois or Minnesota is a top 7 seed right now. They're both locks, but they might both need to beat somebody good to get back to top 7 Not that it means anything, but if they both lose this weekend(and Iowa wins), they won't even be top 7 seeds in the Big Ten Tourney.

  11. Everyone please turn on big ten network and check out #32 on Nebraska.
  12. I'd prefer we actually get somebody good
  13. That is weird stuff. What time did the game end? How long we're the speeches? Tom Crean is a weird [expletive] dude.
  14. Those are remnants from the Knight-era. Knight only believed in banners for national achievements, eschewing banners even for Big Ten titles (with the exception being 1983). In general, I think this is a pretty difficult thing to complain about with IU, considering they've been probably the most discerning program when it comes to this (it's been awhile since I've been to most of these arenas, but I'm guessing IU was the only school that did not hang Big Ten banners, and may still be the only one without individualized Big Ten banners--the former may even be true for all programs across conferences). This might be the last time I get to say this, however, as I'm pretty sure "participation ribbons" will soon be the order of the day. My point is most IU fans seem to think Purdue hanging a Helms banner is the height of comedy, and they have a UPI and pre-season champs (what is that even?) banner hanging in their gym.
  15. Creek had not played more than seven minutes in any non-blowout and had not played more than five minutes in any single digit game. He had played a combined eight minutes the last three games. He played zero in IU's win at Ohio State. And yet he played seven minutes in a game IU was trying to win the outright Big Ten title--including being on the floor with under eight minutes remaining. I would really like someone to explain that to me, even though I know there is no rational reason besides caffeine. I'd get it if he played significant minutes when Oladipo was out for half the first half, but this was just bizarre.
  16. Does anybody outside of Izzo actually like Crean?
  17. For IU-UM-OSU-Wisconsin 4 way tie it breaks out: WI OSU IU UM For IU-UM-OSU-MSU it breaks out: IU OSU UM MSU So Indiana clinches the 1 seed with a MSU win on Thursday.
  18. Oh, [expletive] Derek Elston is a senior isn't he. Tremendous
  19. I drink your tears random walk on!
  20. No fouls on either end, it seems I guess he was being consistent?
  21. Now they're going to let them just start taclking the OSU players
  22. It'll be best records vs each other on down
  23. I thought Ross beat him to the spot and Hulls slid in front of him after getting beat. This is what I thought, too. I think I feel the worst for Hulls. I just hope they can pull it out for Matt Roth
  24. Valentine is Sanzere bad.
