    Just wanted to chime in and say that I found this chat to be one of the most interesting yet, and I appreciate Mr. Keller's time in answering the questions. I enjoyed getting some insight from a professional hitting instructor.

    Sethuel, it does work, I have used it many a time. The blackout restrictions are for the U.S. and its territories only. A foreign IP address is subject to no such restrictions.

    Folks, one way around this is the blackout workaround I have posted for mlb.tv. Anyone with mlb.tv can see any game, any time, regardless of blackout regulations. http://www.northsidebaseball.com/Forum/viewtopic.php?t=21332&start=0

    I'm not sure that Lawton has the speed/range to play CF or the arm to play RF...

    You should really look at Soriano's home/away splits, consider his poor defense, and his diminished speed before using the word BEST anything with Soriano.

    I just wanted to chime in and say that I agree completely with those saying that Holla needed to protect in that situation. The pitch was thisclose to catching the black, he needs to make a defensive swing and poke the ball out of play in that situation. Macias, even though he eventually struck out, had a defensive swing on a similar pitch and bought himself and the team another chance. Hollandsworth has been absolutely terrible lately, I just can't understand why he is being kept around to fail.

    Ya, no offense to any other posters, but I see no possible way DJAXXFAN doesn't get poster of the year. With a second place to Fred Hornkohl, in my opinion.

    As others have pointed out in the past, the pitcher Sisco is is not necessarily the one he'd be if he were still in the Cubs system. From what I have heard, he was nearing 300 lbs. and carrying quite an attitude last year. I'm sure being exposed and picked up worked to motivate him, which likely would not have happened if he stayed with us. That being said, it was still a bad move to keep some of the guys on the 40 man.

    I was watching the game on mlb.tv and they had the Arizona broadcast, and I had to turn the game off because those guys are such homers. I can't stand it.

    Jose Cruz was DFA'd today, and I noticed he can play all the OF positions and is sporting a .348 OBP right now, despite a .214 avg. Do you guys think he could be a good fit? He is a switch hitter, too, and I show that he plays pretty good defense. Any takers?

    I can regularly go entire games without having to reload the broadcast, and with minimal rebuffering. I am also constantly refreshing the game thread, talking on irc, and whatever else I may do. I think it's a great value, and with my (as if I invented it, ha) blackout workaround, I can watch any game I want.
