I think UNI would've been close to a favorite had Lucas not been injured. They handled Kansas, and with no Lucas, they have to be the favorite. edit: Vegas still has MSU as 1.5 point favorites. Purdue is an 8 point dog, and Cornell a 9 point dog.

Me too, to be honest. :D Why, I think he's easily the worst of your big three. He's the best from a team aspect. He's the glue, and Moore has been awful without him. Oh, and he has the least competent backup (Bade) on the team. edit: I guess Bade is the backup for Hummel/Johnson, but he wasn't seeing minutes until Hummel went down.

I'm not sure how Pitt racked up so many wins - they haven't looked all that impressive to me when I watch them. Taking Xavier in that game was a pretty easy pick for me. These white guys (besides Kramer) are brand-new to me for Purdue. Byrd was a 4-Star and is looking competent out there.

yeah, he really is. he's my favorite non-Purdue player in the tournament from now until they lose.

eh, their Center is having the game of his life... he's even hit two 3-pointers... still not complaining... They are also playing great defense and are getting the ball to the hoop. UNI is playing out of their minds but they are pretty good. This is the first I've seen them play all year. I'm impressed.
