So some guy offers me Doug Martin for Darren Sproles last week. It was about 8 hours after it was announced Sproles had the hand injury. It's all over fantasy news, on the guys player card, hell there's a red 'O' right next to his name. The guy that offered me the trade is an idiot. I accepted the trade. The next day he apparently realizes Sproles was hurt despite the news being out for a whole news cycle before he offered me the trade. He posts on the league message board that he wants everyone to vote against the trade and veto it. Nobody does. Sunday, Martin blows up. Nobody votes against the trade. It's been 4+ days since the offer was accepted and on Tuesday morning when rosters unlock at like 4 AM the trade goes through. Panic ensues. Two guys are up in arms (making 3 total if you include the idiot that offered me the trade). My best friend runs the league and his co-workers make up 7 of the 10 spots. I offered to send Martin back just to get the heat off my buddy but he says he won't let me send him back. His policy is that if it's not vetoed and clearly isn't cheating it goes through. Now the guy that made the offer says he's going to waive his whole roster and one other guy says he's going to bench all his players. There is also a chance that Sproles might only miss one week (last week, before the trade went through). Gotta love fantasy drama. Should I feel guilty?
