Safety has not been an issue for the Rams since OJ Atogwe became one of the better ballhawks in the league, but with his departure, another hole has been created on defense. I thought about taking Bruce Carter here, but I'm trying to think like Spags, who favors journeymen linebackers. Plus, there's no guarantee that Carter will be healthy. Another receiver is still needed and a second running back to take the pressure off Jackson is a very pressing need, but I don't think the Rams can ignore how weak the safety corps is.
