He never used to be, though. I always wanted the Cubs to trade for him at the deadline. He was one of my favorite non-Cub pitchers for a while. He was great until Dusty starting forcing him to throw 120+ pitches every start. He's thrown 120 or more pitches three times under dusty. Once last year and twice this year. He went Rich Hill on Dusty. I don't follow the Reds close, but it seems like it is not a glaring health issue, just confidence/moxie however you want to call it I realize Rich Hill was never as good as Harang in his prime, but seems sort of a valid comparison.
