Yeah, Rondon had a rough outing today, but he'd been pitching a lot like the Rondon of old until today. His velocity has been trending up the last month or so, to where he'd been at the last couple years. And over his previous 9 innings, he'd given up 5 hits, 2 BB, and struck out 14, while running a 73.3% GB%. Today's outing definitely tempers any optimism with him. But, I've still got a glimmer of hope with him. Grimm... not so much. If we are clamoring for anyone to be jettisoned, it's got to be him. But, even still, in Dillon Maples' last outing, he gave up a two-run bomb to a AAA player to lose a game. He's not an answer. Though, I am excited about his resurrection and would like to get a look at him in September.
