Zimmermann and Liriano, seriously? I think he's referring to us having to face Thor and DeGrom in the Mets series. ETA: Not sure the claim is true, but not sure it matters for us. We don't score against any pitcher.

This is where every inning is the bottom of the ninth and allowing a run is basically a walk-off.

We hit one solo home run a game and average one run per game. It really doesn't matter who is batting where.

I think eventually not having KB in the lineup was going to start showing up. I think that time has come the last week or so. I also think the Cubs have a chance to be good again when a semi-healthy KB is back and with the addition of Murphy. I think without them we suck. This is what I think.

According to Raw, we don't have a hit with RISP since Aug. 15. I figure Baez will get one and Almora will be thrown out at home.
