    No, no it wouldn't. I know you're an optimist but let's be real. This team hasn't won a playoff game together. I think it's time to rebuild and build up our farm system. If someone offers great prospects for one of our players and we continue to look like we have this week, you take the deal in a heartbeat. It's time to rebuild and build a world series champion. Come on. Do you honestly think this team is capable of winning a World Series?

    No, no it wouldn't. I know you're an optimist but let's be real. This team hasn't won a playoff game together. I think it's time to rebuild and build up our farm system.     It's time to begone with Lou or Gerald Perry. This team is really underachieving Aramis or not. While Lou has gotten us to the playoffs 2 straight times, the Cubs have been worthless in both. I assume when we hired Lou our intention was to win a World Series not go 2 and out. And quite frankly, I don't think Lou gives a [expletive] anymore. He has yet to blow up this season despite our offensive struggles something he did 2 years in a row and fired the team up. Nothing this year. Or you could fire Gerald Perry because our offense has been nothing short of abysmal this season. All I know is something has to happen and hopefully quick because this team looks like one of the worst in baseball right now.

    I don't see how either of those thing will change how the team is playing right now. Doing nothing isn't working either. If you can explain how randomly firing a manager or firing the hitting coach is going to make them play better be my guest. 2003 Florida Marlins.
