    Yes it is, his swing reminds me a lot of A-Rod's. Not saying I expect him to be the hitter A-Rod was.     Wouldn't be surprised if it's soon and when he gets moved to Daytona Soler gets moved to Tenn Javy not ready yet? I think even with his recent marked improvements they are going to want to see him do it for a slightly longer period of time to sustain it. Also I'm guessing they may want to give Alcantara more time at Tenn before moving him to Iowa and doubt they want both Baez and Alcantara at the same level. I bet they will try to keep those two 1 level separated for the time being to keep them both at SS. Not that Alcantara should delay/inhibit Baez's progression or advancement but it's a thought.

    Is he doing a ranking there or listing a top 5 in any order? Seems plausible that that could be a ranking. I took it to be 1. Twins 2. Cubs 3. Cards. 4. Padres 5. Astros

    I hope Barney isn't our 2B in 2016. I agree that 2016 is probably when we should be expecting some of the guys to be on the opening day roster, even best case for guys will be mid-late 2015 (one would think with Bryant/Soler most likely to be the guys we see in 2015). Hopefully we have either Alcantara or Baez at 2B and either Bryant/Candelario/Alcantara/Baez at 3B. If we are truly going off of what we are "dreaming."

    Brandon McCarthy suffered a seizure recently and has been pretty bad in the 11 starts he has made this year. I know he was a guy a lot of us wanted in the offseason (at least for the twitter account), but it's looking like that liner off the head last year is still having effects.

    We're like junkies. The only thrill we know is the brief high of adding new prospects to the lists, no matter how much it ruins our lives. I have to admit that there's a sick small part of me that wants another crazy good draft pick added to just have a ridiculous embarrassment of riches in the list a year from now. Not like anyone is going to graduate, either. Even if there isn't a huge sell-off I think we are looking at another top 7ish pick next year if this team stays relatively the same the rest of the year. While they might stay good enough to not get a top 20-30 guy in next years draft there still should be another top 50-60 guy added.

    Just a week or so ago it was going to be Soler getting bumped up to AA first, now it appears that it may be Baez or at least they may get moved up at the same time.

    There are strong indications that he did/will based on a few tweets/articles from after the draft. But I don't think anything is official. But yes, he would be a very good sign.
