  1. Not being ticket police here, but just asking for future reference. How did you use 4 emails? Don't they specify only 1 entry per person? Each email address u use is considered "1 person." There's nothing stopping you from making a couple hundred different emails and thus being looked at as a few hundred separate people signing up.
  2. Source? Weather.com is showing 15% chance of rain and 14mph wind during gametime, tops. I mean where I live in the trees, in puget sound, where trees fall down and knock out power lines and i may miss the game http://www.kiro7.com/news/local/stormy-weather-will-unleash-multiple-impacts-on-western-washington/456493623 Dang. Gotta make sure the phone is fully charged so u can at least follow on your data plan
  3. Yeah if we face them just gotta hope he throws like every game of this series and gets a little tired out by the WS
  4. It should be mandated that every stadium have a dome or retractable roof in place within the next 20 years
  5. Not to look too far ahead, but we probably want the Jays, right? They aren't quite as good as the Inidians, they don't have an "Ace" (vs Kluber with CLE), their bullpen isn't as good, they probably are worse defensively than CLE and we'd get to play some games in a dome instead of potentially cold weather.
  6. Hasn't Fangraphs loved the Dodgers all year basically because it has assumed health and optimized performance by them?
  7. I agree on Jansen. But I could totally see them throwing Kershaw on Sunday.
  8. I remember my first beer and heat stroke at a Arizona Fall League game
  9. Let Zastrynzy have seal boys spot and I'm cool
  10. COME ON EXTRA INNINGS
  11. So is this what baseball was like in the 70s and 80s? Just having a guy gassed out there forcing things?
  12. The horsefeathers, Harold. You want the guy who woefully can't hit a baseball lead off your do or die inning?
  13. Harold Reynolds saying this is "over thinking" which you could take as meaning something but his baseline for "thinking" is like 3rd grade math
  14. Such a balk. I trust our FO/Joe is smart enough that if we play them to put the word in the umpires ears that he balks and make sure it gets back to Urias
  15. I don't want to wish an injury on anyone but I wouldn't mind if Murphy tweaked his ass cheek or whatever this game and was limited in the NLCS. Same goes for a Rich Hill blister
  16. I mean I understand the recency bias and all but I'm a million times more confident Chapman comes out with a more favorable result coming in, in the 7/8 in a high leverage spot than Wood. And still more comfortably confident than Monty.
  17. No way seal boy is a size 11. He's totally the type of guy to lie about his shoe size. He's probably a size 9
  18. Also regardless of who we play I hope Joe is ready to bring Chapman in, in the 7th or 8th if we have a lead and Harper/Murhpy or Utley/Seager/Gonzalez are due up and they represent the tying run or if the tying/winning run is on base.
  19. Yeah just tell Lackey the first sign of trouble he's getting pulled and losing his cowboy hat collection for the rest of the postseason
  20. I fully expect us to start Montgomery. Idk about a start but I think Joe is gonna be quicker on the trigger to bring him or Zastrynzy in during a non-Lester start.
  21. Has it been reported at all if he's even swinging a bat yet? Whether it's vs pitching or off a tee? It seems the only little updates we get are him doing drills in the OF.
  22. Dusty says no Strasburg for the NLCS.
  23. I could spin it the other way too, why do people the people who think he's incredibly expendable because he's always hurt, hasn't performed yet and a DH only still think we can trade him for value? Which scenario is more likely? Guy on 103 win team can't break through because of a high level of talent at every position on the field, and thus has a low value to them, but is valued by other teams looking to fill holes. or Guy holds value to 103 win team but doesn't command much value from other teams. Doesn't it seem like it's both or somewhere in the middle with him? I think it's pretty clear they think he has talent and are willing to give him PAs, but injuries keep getting in the way and not really other talent on the roster. And there's evidence, as David pointed out, through media, chats, etc. that other teams don't seem to really value him. And I know I keep saying it, but we are built differently than almost every other team and more versatile that we can afford to have a roster spot go to him as a lottery ticket when other teams would look at giving him a spot as risky due to the volatility of his injury/performance history. Sure they'd take him for some low-mid level minor league pitcher but they aren't giving up something of value to acquire the risk he has.
