  1. Lester seems to definitely be battling some mechanics/rhythm issues tonight
  2. That seemed totally unnecessary by Arenando there. Had plenty of time to set his feet and throw normal and not make that play harder than needed.
  3. Boy Rizzo is hitting some balls hard going for outs lately
  4. Let’s not fall back in to those habits again, Javy
  5. Happ’s stance looked a little more crouched and not as straight up there
  6. They’d have to figure out a way to move Kemp to stay under the LT. I think Machado should be their main target this offseason though and have been saying it for a while. With Seagars elbow now maybe you move him to 2B. Could also move Seagar to 3B with Turner to 1B (until he’s gone in a year or 2) and move Bellinger to LF for the time being.
  7. Move him all the way down to AAA, IMO Finally time to install Schwarber as the full time 1B Trading Vogelbach is looking like a huge mistake now
  8. I’d prefer not to think such negative thoughts
  9. He had elbow problems going back to last season, iirc
  10. Figured this was big enough news for it’s own thread.
  11. It’s insane the talk about him. But the HOF is an insane institution and he’s definitely getting in. Has anyone ever dug in to the numbers on “Molina makes pitchers better” claim all those idiots always proclaim? I feel like the pitchers are going to end up with around the same numbers with non-Molina catchers as with him.
  12. The Dodgers-D’backs start a 4 game series tonight. The D’backs already have a 7 game lead on them. Feels like the Dodgers have to at least split. If Dodgers lose 3 of 4 or get swept, even though it’s early, a 9 or 11 game hole is a pretty big hill to climb even with ~80% of the season left.
  13. Almora and Happ are Dongin’ tonight [tweet] [/tweet]
  14. The Brewers May schedule is pretty tough. 3 vs Pirates, 6 vs D'backs, 4 @ Coors, 2 vs Indians (right now Kluber and Carrasco are the scheduled pitchers), 4 vs Mets and 3 vs Cardinals. They only have 5 games vs teams under .500. The Cardinals looks pretty average about half/half vs good and bad teams and I'm still not worried about the Pirates so don't care who they play.
  15. No. He’s going to get his 300-500 guaranteed but just have opt outs. Makes no sense for him to only do 3/150.
  16. Well, well, well, looks like #WeAreGood. These bums sure put those fraud Brewers in their place, hopefully we continue our dominance over Wild Card 2 contenders/teams that are going to end up around .500. We should have ourselves some nice Dongin' weather for the series, hopefully the bats come alive and the pitching continues to be excellent and Kris gets his revenge against his attempted murderers. Also let's just not do the red ass thing and hit any of the Rockies guys and get one of our own guys hurt or suspended and just do the right thing by giving them death by DONGS. Win you jerk faced idiots.
