You're griping about Cubs fans keeping track of a division rival who could easily keep them out of the playoffs. TMan is literally watching the other two games instead of this one. I can't imagine living my life as a fan that way In 2019, between TVs, Tablets and phones it isn’t too hard to have 2-4 games going at once.

I think the Padres get 1 or 2 games in this series, Reds and Rockies both take at least 1 from them too. IIRC, the Padres had their worst starter of the 4 going today. Yeah they have the SP edge in the next 3, Garrett Richards made his first start of the year since coming back from TJ tonight (think he’s gonna be good next year). The bullpens and offenses are both pretty evenly matched in that series. Padres will take 1-2.

Quintana. As much as he drives me crazy, he drives me slightly less insane than Hamels, who they can launch into the sun come playoff time. He should be the #3 starter.... should be Yu/Kyle (1/2 and order doesn’t matter to me), Q and then Lester. Hamels maybe makes the roster as a bullpen arm but I’d probably go with Mills over him along with Chatwood as long guys.

I was shocked he made such a good throw, also Asdrubal was slow as horsefeathers. Play looked close enough to review, imo.

i literally could not care what the brewers are doing, its all cardinals Eh, they still matter to have tabs kept on them because we horsefeathers the bed vs them and it’s always worth pointing out their BS.

I’m fine to keep starting Hamels but someone needs to be ready to go early if he looks like this. (Adbert, Mills, Underwood, Chatwood, etc).

To be fair, they were playing pretty poorly when we took 2 of 3 from them in Washington Thinking more second half with Giants and others. The Brewers got the Giants in that hot streak, iirc, they went 2-4 or 1-5 vs them.

All 3 Brewer runs are via Corey horsefeathering Spangenberg with 2, 2 out hits. Unreal how they find the horsefeathers bums to get hot for like a month or two at a time.

Russell was put on the official concussion list yesterday, so I think technically that’s the move that would make him eligible.

They bumped everyone back a game and added Gausman to the rotation for the rest of the year. Nice break for us, also means Gray goes vs the VBs in their series when they would’ve missed him (they also get Bauer or Castillo too in that one).

Really? They had one catcher, no Darvish, Russell and Almora starting full time, Chatwood in the rotation, an insane schedule, Heyward was worse, Bryant was hurt... we had like a 4-5 game lead on the brewers approaching the end of the season. that team sucks ass but they're probably going to find a way to get in again, because they're the brewers. “Because they’re the Brewers.” Their whole team history is full of being gutless choking dogs even last year they threw up on themselves eventually in the CS.
