GMAFB. Not just worse, but much worse? 82 QB rating to 86. Cutler has only been under 82 in a Tice or Ron Turner offense. 82 is much much worse than 86. Got it. Looking it up, 2007 was worse than any of Cutler's ratings, and 2011 was better than any of his. -
