Did Caldwell really just throw a challenge flag on a play where the runner was lying fully on the ground when he was hit, knocking the ball out? Is he actually [expletive]? There's no possible way to hit a guy lying on the ground and knock the ball out without it being a tackle before the fumble. What a moron.
