At this point might as well hope the Brewers sweep the Reds. Cincinnati is closer in the standings than Milwaukee. Get thru the WC round then beat the Brewers in the playoffs.

If you are in illinois and betting sports I would avoid DraftKings, Fanduel, and Fanatics. They are passing the 50 cent per wager tax on to the customers. The tax is stupid by Illinois, but these books make huge profits. The other books are just increasing minimum bet.

Yeah the Cubs are going to the playoffs as a WC. really no way the Reds catch them, and also would require the Mets and Padres to both pass them too. I hope they get the #1 WC to get a best of 3 home series then put the Vaunted Brewers away in the NLDS. That would be awesome, especially if their hot streak runs until the end of the season. A 93 win Cubs team takes out a 103 win Brewers team.

I went to the game, left towards end of the 3rd quarter. It was hot. It also wad nice to take my kids to a game without meatball drunks in every aisle. Also Bagent should not be the #2 QB come regular season

Yeah they have a much bigger cushion than 2023 but this season feel like that one. They will get in and lose the opening playoff series. Ricketts will be happy, Tucker won't be signed. America will continue to be a banana republic. Rinse repeat

My kids have been asking me to take them a game for a year. I picked a Sunday preseason so its not a big deal to leave at halftime. Now, Im debating even going with it supposed to be over 90 degrees
