Not really low odds. The truth is somewhere in the middle Early in the season they played way above their heads now way below. They are an above average team that will get a WC and that's all the Faccist supporting Ricketts family wants -

I think the season will be considered a disappointment if they dont at least reach the NLCS. It will be a much easier ask to get to the NLCS by winning the division that still is a long shot. It does seem that the NL has been the better league this year though compared to the AL. Whomever wins the pennant should win the WS

Yeah I think they got a terrible draw for SF being a last place team from the NFC West. Pretty important to win the opener vs Minnesota- I doubt they can go into Detroit in week 2 and win.
