  1. Congrats on rejoining the work force!! :)
  2. can I just brag... I have some good Galena wine, the Cubs are on a roll, Z is pitching well, and ooo yea...I got a job offer tonite. I am no longer unemployed.
  3. I wonder is Lou suffers from Napolean syndrom. since dusty is in town, he seems hell bent to prove he can mess with a picther more
  4. go cubs go I am in a good mood tonite.
  5. so now the list of RB's the bears have invited to chicago: - fanball what is Angelo up to?
  6. 8 sacks Harris is fine..he's worth what he will likely get
  7. Perhaps that's true. But I'd still prefer to see the Bears upgrade safety over tackle. +1 as I think it is easier to find good DT tackle play from mediocre talent then it is for the safety pos, especially with good DE's
  8. I refuse to believe that after gutting the oline and not signing any FA for those pos, that angelo wouldnt draft Oline early and often, no matter how bad Benson is hurt
  9. I think that was fairly obvious when they signed Booker *sigh I'm fairly certain they'll draft one on the first day. I'm not, but I would welcome it
  10. I think that was fairly obvious when they signed Booker *sigh
  11. I'm pretty concerned about what I've heard with regard to Benson's injury. I've read (don't remember exactly where) that it's going to leave him a step slower than he already was. Not good. yea, but KJ isnt exactly injury free either, and has most certainly lost a step since college
  12. KJ would be a nice mix with CB
  13. he's (CBenson) too expensive to be a poor man's anything
  14. Williams is intriqing. I dont know much about him. could anyone shed some light?
  15. I could see them taking Flacco in the 3rd. I thought Flacco's stock was rising higher than 3rd round, but I could be wrong. it is, but I wouldnt take him before late 2nd
  16. I'm all for o-line man in the FA, but not WR's and RB's they are FAs for a reason. olinemen can be hidden on a depth chart and become availible when the team cant afford them
  17. ECK that guy (and Hackett) are too injury prone
  18. Because he sucks, and he has a poor attitude on top of it. And with no possibility of dealing him, Angelo's not going to sink more mega-cash into the position on a guy like Turner. He might go RB in the draft, but I would still lean towards OT @ 14. A lot depends on how the draft breaks too -- sometimes a totally unexpected player falls to you, as Tommie Harris did to us a few years ago. if Otah and Clady were gone and Mendenhall still there @14, I would support them taking him
  19. I culd be convinced of Bryant Johnson. he has had some good games, when he gets in. same for Bradley really. and hester can burn anyone ...that lack of confidence I sense in your response surely must be bourne on the wings of a realization that none of those guys are actual good NFL wide receivers. am I being too obvious? so, how willl Turner adjust the offensive scheme to a two TE set? does he have the mental capacity to do so?

  21. Looks like Drew got BB his money: I am now officially PRAYING Mark Bradley pans out
  22. I think Berrian is much more replaceable color me skeptical. at least we had Williams. who replaces BB? time will tell. I just dont want to sit here and take all the "points and laughs" from my friends if and when BB scores on us maybe Mike Brown will take him out or something...
  23. beat ya ;) I was lookng forward to what Williams could do, but I do like Briggs alot. Welcome back LB.
