  1. Safety was on his heels. You guys hate Vereen don't you? He played that poorly and Spongeworthy nailed it pointing out the difference between Conte and Vereen right now. Conte is brittle and I really doubt he would have stopped that TD
  2. Safety was on his heels. You guys hate Vereen don't you? He hasn't been good. Safeties take forever to develop in Chicago, for whatever reason
  3. Safety was on his heels. You guys hate Vereen don't you?
  4. They were in zone and the throw before the safety was up
  5. Johnson was wide open streaking down the field, but Stafford threw that perfectly. Even if Vereen was tight on Johnson's hip, he gives up 6" to CJ, it was a great call
  6. Perfect throw.. Hard to defend that
  7. Remember, Bucky doesn't wear pants. SKIUMAH http://espn.go.com/espnw/athletes-life/blog/post/16434/goldy-gopher-bucky-badger-fight-tooth-tail-twitter?ex_cid=espnFB
  8. We won't, but I worry to death Michigan will take him from us
  9. yea, he really is.
  10. I grew up an Illini fan, but could never get into the school. My grades were too low in HS, so I went to cc. Got my grades up to the point I felt good enough to take a chance at a school that actually had Architecture as major. In then end, I wound up at MN, or as they call it in the TC (and have since the 40's), the "U". Minnesota gave me that shot, and I have become deeply grateful to them for it. I went through the METRODOME years. The Glen Mason era. That was pretty cool. I remember listening to the Iowa game working on my house in MPLS on a radio with my daughter in my wifes belly thinking I REALLY NEED TO FINISH THIS [expletive] BUT JESUS JUST BEAT IOWA. We ended up beating Iowa, Wisconsin, and even Michigan. But never in the same season. Coming from Illinois and having friends and relatives at both SIU and NIU, I watch Jerry Kill build football PROGRAMS, not teams. I remember thinking when he was at NIU, god, if only we could get a guy like Jerry Kill. And our own campus stadium. And then we did, both. I wont even get into his seizure issues, to me they are pebbles on the road. Saturday will be a BIG day for me. Jerry Kill goes for the trifecta, Iowa, Michigan and *maybe* Wisconsin in one season. hasnt happened in 40 some years. SKI U MAH.
  11. SPEND YOU NOOBS SPEND LIKE THE [expletive] SUN IS ABOUT TO EXPLODE
  12. I was abused by many a Eagle Scout
  13. That Cutler, he ain't no Eagle Scout
  14. The real tipping point here is who has more Eagle Scouts, the Lions or Bears? I got money on Fatt Matt, myself
  15. The few Eagle Scouts I knew were [expletive] terrifying. The Boy Scouts were dorks, but [expletive] those Eagle Scouts were all intensity and bottled up fury. Same here. It's like they dedicated their lives to some made-up purpose and didn't bother trying to live it on their terms or search out any meaning for themselves. The result is a ruined, soulless man with no future other then trying to control others. There's a reason they tried to ban gays They tried to ban the gays because they think it's what Jesus would do. Which is funny to me because they compromised, of course, and now there's a uber-Christian and conservative alternative to BSA that has popped up among mostly weirdo home school families. Just think about those kids. They were too dorky for the Boy Scouts so their folks created them their own organization. No dork left behind. And dammit I said I was done with the Bears and posting in game threads this year. And due to Thanksgiving and [expletive] relatives being at our house I will be forced to watch the game. And how is Jesus not a made-up purpose again?
