    I see them overspending for mediocre players (Davis for example) and not spending market value for marquee players (McGlinchey for example). Thats being cheap. Its likely a result of a scared GM, but its being cheap.

    it could mean a different things, for sure. But they've had holes on the Oline for 3 seasons now and have yet to spend anything on a decent tackle or guard, Nate Davis was the exception and he was a poor decision. Same for DL really. Sweat is paid well but other than that its been low marquee aquistions like walker
