  1. yes. in his back yard with his kids 10 years from now
  2. j/k. I'm actually quite terrible at it. I just use words no gifs
  3. GOOD GOD I'LL START ONE MYSELF YOU HEATHENS
  4. exactly why I dont want to give up on them this year yet also, where is today's gam thread
  5. He's come out publicly with a strong opinion about Binnys. oh comon! how else can he fallout his line-up card??
  6. Shouldn't we see some sustained good play from him? That's the disappointing part, all we've seen is below average to bad, nothing improving from game to game. idk, I dont think nfl qb development is incremental, it more likely takes leaps forward and backward like everything in life. except robots maybe.
  7. yea, right. like the idiots will go away at the end of this season.
  8. horsefeathers it. I want Mitch to throw for 150 yards and 3 ints and cost us the game and STILL get to start again JUST to see that guys next post.
  9. So Nagy has done this, we know he does this, but its not his fault? Why would he game plan like that in the playoffs? Is there a hole in his offense that he knows a good defense can exploit? Kelce got hurt and they had, I think, a 16-point lead. Nagy has 4 games of bad play calling. Trubisky has 14 games of bad quarterbacking. So you think its because Nagy is trying to get Trubisky to take off? Hes throttled it back for/because of Mitch?
  10. Most really good offenses like Nagys needs bith the WR and QB to make THE SAME READ. At the very beginning, when Trubisky missed he missed way off. I’m ok with that if it keeps the ints from happening.
  11. I'm pretty sure it's Trubiskys limitations. Did see this type of play calling in the playoff game in KC though. But I'm willing to put this on Mitch until proven otherwise. So Nagy has done this, we know he does this, but its not his fault? Why would he game plan like that in the playoffs? Is there a hole in his offense that he knows a good defense can exploit?
  12. Tired of the excuses. What was the last QB that was so terrible in his first 15 games that at some point reached his full potential value? I can't think of any. understood, but I think the point of the strength of the defenses he's faced this year is also a fair point.
  13. Bears have been getting flagged for that bs for years, it seems like Matthews has lived a very charmed life with regards to it. Without having witnessed every RTP call that the Bears have been called for over the past decade, I would be stunned if one of them was close to as bad as either of the two Matthews just got dinged for. It is true that Clay has had a lot of questionable hits over his career (the one that jumps to mind is the "block" he layed on Russell Wilson after an interception, which really tested Russell's magic concussion water) but that doesn't really explain the NFL immediately claiming the two RTP calls on him being correct. The refs might have it out for him, but this is going to screw stuff up across the league. I mean, if you think its reasonable for a DL to stop in his tracks to make a "tackle" and then somehow not land on the QB: http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/24782945/william-hayes-miami-dolphins-tears-acl-trying-avoid-sack-flag oh I think the new rule blows. I just hate Matthews and I love that he of all people is getting rung up for it.
  14. Considering how much I LOATHE Matthews, I thought they were both excellent calls.
  15. The worst part is he hasn't gotten worse over the years as Hary Carey did, he sucked like this right out of the chute. Reinsdorf loved him for some reason. Let's not forget Jerry made him the GM and he produced one of worst stretches of baseball in WS history. fires LaRussa, Dombrowski and trades away Bonilla. uff
  16. https://sportsmockery.com/2018/09/waiting-for-the-elusive-mitch-trubisky-breakout-it-could-be-near/
  17. Bears have legally tackled the QB 14 times so far And you’ll be screaming when they’re flagged for a ridiculous RTP foul, especially it it may have influenced the outcome of the game. Bears have been getting flagged for that bs for years, it seems like Matthews has lived a very charmed life with regards to it.
  18. I wouldn't say "everyone" wants it Bob. Like, Drinky Joe doesnt want that.
  19. I like to think of the "only so much energy available" theory. In our case, all energy is being diverted through Baez due to the PURE AWESOMENESS of the person himself resulting in his MVP campaign.
  20. sometimes I feel like the Bears are destined to be a running back and defense only franchise.
  21. I'll be there on Saturday and if Chatwood is pitching and we've already clinched, I'd be totally ok with it. +, theres beer.
  22. Reports are it's Fitz's job to lose, so he'll start up to the point he lays an egg. then lets help Fitz lay a giant horsefeathering egg so Winston can get his job back
