    its all we have to judge on unfortunately. sure, he can get better, he SHOULD get better. but he might not, he might be horsefeathers forever! Well he was also 12 for 15 from 40-49 in college and 5-5 from 50+. Probably some preseason stats we can round up too.. Or he's at least as good this year from 40-49 as the guy that 80% of Bears fans wanted to trade for. Robbie Gould? Gould, is old. Sorry for the rhyme but he was due for a regression. and look at that, Pineiro has proved to be damn close to a gimme at 80% in the past. what gives? was there a hard right-to-left wind that Nagy just couldn't feel? Weather report says the wind was sw 6 mph, so that shouldn't have been a significant factor. Maybe it was the sun being too bright on the left hashmark. Video replay says nope it was sunny everywhere on the field. he flat out miss-aimed his kick. he sucked and collectively the Bears sucked. THAT my friends, is a gimme.

    pretty. damn. close. to a gimme. it was. it is. and it will always be. besides, Pineiro is stuck at 50% so regardless if a gimme is close to or at 80% or 100%, he flat out sucks at it.

    well, yes, actually it is pretty close to a gimme. the 80% is fgs from 40-49 yards. clearly a 41 yarder is easier to hit then a 49 yarder and if 80% is the average overall, I'll stick my neck out ans say a 41 yard fg in the nfl is pretty damn close to a gimme.

    the Bears suck at every level of offensive play out side of the supposed "crappy" skill players (some other posters assertion - not mine) qb sucks coaching sucks o-line sucks fg kicker sucks te play sucks at least the wr's and the rb's have shown some talent and promise

    Fitzmagic who fell apart against horsefeathers? No thanks He's playing on the worst team in the league and against a top 5 defense in the league. But let's keep throwing Trubisky out there because it's working so well. making a trade for Fitzpatrick would be trading for the definition of a slightly below average nfl quarterback, for the sake of ditching a slightly below average nfl quarterback. whats the horsefeathering point?

    seems like a huge overpay. maybe one of their 5th round picks. but honestly, his draft profile screams Trubisky anyway: Weaknesses Hesitation is a noticeable issue. Often late to pull trigger on throws toward the sideline, forcing receivers into boundary and out of the catch. Slow field scanner who tends to lock into a single side. Too much eye-balling and not enough manipulating.

    Oh, yessssss. That was hard to watch, it's almost obscene how open the receivers are, most especially Miller over the middle on third down. There's no one within three yards of him, that's an easy 1st down, probably another 10 or more on top. the cohen/out of bounds had me screaming during the game

    They had a manageable fg attempt to win the game. The team they were playing had won the super bowl a year prior, they weren’t facing the ny jets. The kicker sucked all season, everyone knew he sucked, and ultimately he sucked Blame whomever you want, but thats why we lost
