Hmm... I doubt it. Houston went 102-60 that year and led the NL in runs scored by a decent margin. It's probably about even. Houston scored 5.4 runs per game with a line of .280/.356/.436/.792. Tampa Bay averaged 4.96 runs per game with a line of .263/.343/.439/.782. Houston scored almost half a run more per game but the batting lines were very similar. The line up the Rays put out there that day was.. BJ Upton (.689) Carl Crawford (.811) Evan Longoria (.876) Carlos Pena (.859) Ben Zobrist (.995) Pat Burrell (.703) Gabe Kapler (.808) Michel Hernandez (.599) Jason Barlett (.903) I doubt the Astros line up was that strong that day. So yeah, I would say the Buehrle faced the stronger line up. But whatever, I still think Wood's was more impressive.

I would probably have to go with Wood on this one. Buehrle probably faced the stronger line up, but Wood was filthy that day. What I think is even more impressive is the fact that Buehrle's next start he went into the 6th with a perfect game as well.

College OT is terrible. I don't mind the new change, I also didn't mind sudden death either.

After losing on ESPN to the LAC, the Bucks have won 3 in a row including beating the Nuggets in Denver on Saturday. Tonight they knocked off the Hawks in what could be a possible playoff match up. Salmons was a beast, scoring 16 in the 4th and 32 on the game.

Like everyone my bracket is done because of Kansas. I got Washington, Xavier and Tennessee in the Sweet 16, however besides that... not so much.

That was the first time I got to see Jennings. He looked pretty good. Even though they were going in last night, he takes a lot of stupid shots. He's going to get a lot better. Yeah he does, but he will hopefully learn. He had 8 three's tonight as well.

Yeah, because Favre was in his peak years, and the Packers didn't have a replacement in house ready to take the job. Thanks for proving my point. The point is, to just say "Oh well Pujols will always be a Cardinal, he is not going anywhere" is wrong. Especially in baseball -

I think I saw this mentioned before but I will never forgive Syracuse the year they lost to Vermont. I had them winning the whole thing that year, and I won the year before. F the Orange.

What a freakin awesome day. I also don't want to rip of the Big East yet. The Big 10 has all 5 teams to go with every game besides Ohio State's should be good. I ended up going 11-5 on the first day. Not great but not bad. I had Washington and Murray State. I also had Texas. For some reason I have Nova in the Final 4. I only have lost 1 sweet 16 team in UTEP. (What in the world was I thinking?).
