We do have the best pitcher. We do have the best young hitters. But we have a bad manager. And you can't play the pirates every game of the year. You will have to play us also, And when the Brewers play the Cubs. Your in trouble :wink: No we really aren't. Here is the rub. You guys treat it like your world series. We treat it like 3 games out of 162. We don't bring back our starting pitcher who is always hurt and let him throw 120 plus pitches. We don't leave in our best pitcher, yeah newsflash smart guy Sheets isn't even the best on your team, in after he hurts his knee to win a game in april. But, yeah we are so screwed when we have to play you. I guess it is a good thing we won't have to play you when we get to the playoffs again. We play every game against you like its our world series? :rotfl: :rotfl: His knee is not even swelled up. He is fine. And its May. Yeah you do, I hope his leg is ok. He is a good young pitcher and fun to watch. i would hate to see him get Mark Priored by Ned Yost. And May or April it doesn't matter. What the hell did you have to gain from it? Oh that's right you have to win this huge series in April-May. Wasn't Prior's problems his Shoulder and Arm? Gallardo's was his knee. And his other Knee on top of that. He didn't get hurt that bad and you want him to get put on the DL for 2 months. Prior also had to have a slight knee surgery. No I never said anything about him going on the DL. I would have pulled him out of a game in april to run tests though. But, then again this was a big game for you guys that you had to have. Run tests on a guy walking around and when he says he is fine? If you kid said his nose was running, you would make him go to his room for 2 weeks.

And Ben healthy is the best pitcher in the NL Central (which he never is healthy so that is a big IF, not going to argue that) Carlos Marmol is the best pitcher in the NL central and it really isn't close. Please, as a RP sure I will give you that. But he would be a 4.50 ERA+ if he was a starter. (we already know this) We don't know anything. Well we all know Ben Sheets is made of glass, but that's it. Marmol is by far better at pitching than Ben Sheets. He got lit up as a starter Nice, do a little research on him. That is the equivalent of me saying hey, Sheets got lit up his last start so I guess we all know he will get shelled. You know who else sucked his first time up in the bigs? Carlos Zambrano. And if he starts we're all in big trouble. He started today, And you guys lost. Sad. But Zambrano has more then 2 pitches.

Don't sell the Cards short. The Crew has a shot at 3rd. with sheets and gallardo spending half the season on the dl and braun, hart and fielder doing nothing, i'd be surprised if they finished higher than 4th Sheets and Gallardo are on the DL?
