  1. Favre story not dead yet. Favre sends X Rays to Vikings.... Bet could be back on.
  2. The NFC North is going to be really fun this year.
  3. El Cab, I've been pretty busy lately so haven't had tons of time to watch highlight shows, but I see the Brewers are on quite a run right now. What about the team is working so well right now? Is the offense clicking, the starting pitching stepping up, or a little of both? Should be an entertaining series. The Cubs probably had the upperhand in all 3 pitching matchups the first series, and now the Brewers might have the upperhand in all 3 matchups this series. The Brewers starters are I belive 2nd in the NL in Quality Starts (For whatever you take QS for). Hoffman has not given up a run yet as a Brewer and is 4/4 in save opp. But the offense has been pretty good as well.. Weeks is hitting well, Braun is hitting well, Fielder is pretty good, Cameron is OPSing over 1.000. Hardy has started out cold is starting to turn it around having a good week. We are cashing in with RISP. And we are finding ways to win close games (Again for whatever you take that worth). And it also helps that we have played the Pirates 5 times recently. Basically are starters are doing a good job of keeping us in the game. Bush is 4/5 this year in QS. He always has one blow up inning (Last Sunday he gave up 3 solo shots in the 8th). EDIT: Oh and Cameron has been playing un-real defense this year (not trying to just talk him up, obviously he is a good defender)
  4. Matt Kemp
  5. Im staying out of this argument. BUT... I have 2 brother in laws. 1 from Wisconsin, 1 from Minnesota.... both Bronco fans, WTF? Anyways.. I took a pic of Cutler in the Bears jersey and sent it to them :D
  6. And yeah your offense is stacked right now.
  7. I would drop Hudson. You already have Kinsler. You can UTIL with Cameron/Upton/Atkins and still get good production out of it. Also dropping Atkins would be a mistake if you ask me given that he can also play 1st on days when Pena is sitting. And he does play in Coors. Also I belive dropping Upton would be a mistake because who knows how Either/Kemp will play without Manny in the line up and you may need that extra outfielder. IMO.
  8. Oh and I see Soriano hit 2 homers tonight.. GREAT. I swear he always is on one of his hot streaks right in time to play us. dumb.
  9. I will tell you something that would be better then Lastings getting in.... how about Manny getting the fans vote. Akward.
  10. Im saying Brett Favre next year in Minnesota, where he would not be throwing the ball 30 times a game, will have a better year then Cutler in Chicago. He's not coming to Minny to hand the ball off every play. He's not coming to Minny to throw the ball 30 times a game.
  11. And yeah, Favre has to play for the Vikings, I agree.
  12. I would love to do that. But I don't think Randy Moss ass licker would be a good name for the Mods.
  13. Im saying Brett Favre next year in Minnesota, where he would not be throwing the ball 30 times a game, will have a better year then Cutler in Chicago. In Brett Favre's entire career, he's had one season where he didn't average 30 attempts per game. 2003...he attempted 29.4. If you're going to use the health of his entire career to say he'll be healthy this year, why not use his passes attempted stats from his entire career to determine how many passes he'll attempt? http://www.nfl.com/players/brettfavre/careerstats?id=FAV540222 Adrian Peterson
  14. 1-0 Cards. Pujols sac fly. 32nd RBI of th year for Pujols.
  15. Im saying Brett Favre next year in Minnesota, where he would not be throwing the ball 30 times a game, will have a better year then Cutler in Chicago.
  16. Pirates (Ohlendorf) at Cardinals (Wellemyer) - Top 1st Brewers (Looper) at Reds (Owings) - 6:10pm
  17. Good post! Thanks.
  18. How do you want to frame the bet? I would love to make a bet. However... It would suck to make a bet for Favre to do well with the Vikings. Not because I think he will fail, Its because Im a Packer fan. That's such a cop-out. So what, you think he will do well, if he does, you win money, if he doesn't, you get the satisfaction of a rival failing. What do you want to bet? I don't wanna bet MONEY. But if you can think of something clever I will make a bet with anyone on this site that wants to bet with me.

  20. as old as Farve is, that is an impossible stance to take Because Favre is going to be 40. It makes it impossible for him to have a better year then Cutler?
  21. Again im not saying Favre is a better QB then Cutler. Im saying NEXT YEAR Favre with the Vikings will have a better year then Cutler with the Bears.
  22. Since Cutler has become a starter.. Cutler - 45 turnovers in 1220 pass attempts Favre - 47 turnovers in 1257 pass attempts And this is with a so called "injury prone, to old decling Favre". You seriously need to take the blinders off when it comes to your loverboy there. I understand being a Packers fan who worships Favre. If I was one, I would have as well. The guy did great things, 5+ years ago. He's not the same. To insinuate that he is not old and declining is just laughable. Im not even a fan of Favre anymore. And if goes to Minnesota I hope im wrong and I hope Green Bay destroys him both times we play them. I never said he was the same Favre. I never said the Vikings would be getting Favre from 5 years ago.
