  1. I liked him. He brought a lot of energy to the crowd, and it was good seeing a real Cub fan do it.
  2. Hopefully we go back to normal the next two games.
  3. Mets win. I'd still like for us to win though.
  4. Marquis didn't even look at Berkman. Come on.
  5. Sweet lord, I thought they took the hills out of Wrigley.
  6. I prefer my batting practice cap. If I had to choose between home and away, probably home. Blue jerseys need to stay. I'm a big fan of them.
  7. Can we finally destroy their starting pitcher today? Go Cubs!
  8. http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g205/Bojanglesmn/Photos/MLB/Philadelphia%20Phillies/PXS104092021_1024x768.jpg Brett Myers: 7-10, 4.49 http://i194.photobucket.com/albums/z35/kylesz17/tedlilly2.jpg Ted Lilly: 13-7, 4.23 The Cubs have come back to win the first two games in this series, and they go for their 10th straight series win. Brett Myers pitches for the Phillies, and has won his last two starts by allowing no runs in either one. Myers defeated the Cubs in April, pitching eight innings and allowing three hits off of five runs. Lilly goes for the Cubs and August is statistically his best month so far. He's allowed a season low 12 earned runs in the month, and has a 3-1 record. Lilly was defeated on April 12th by the Phillies in which he went just 4 1/3 inning allowing five runs and seven hits. Go Cubs!
  9. It's up guys. Sorry, I was at the game last night and went to my friends house right after with no internet access. That was one of the most amazing games I've been to in my life.
  10. http://cache.daylife.com/imageserve/0b1S0iS2AK8OM/340x.jpg Joe Blanton: 6-12, 4.75 (1-0, 4.02 with Phillies) http://cache.daylife.com/imageserve/05dv3pj8execd/340x.jpg Rich Harden: 9-2, 2.00 (4-1, 1.46 with Cubs) Last night's game was a huge win, as the Cubs decimated the Phillie bullpen. Now with the lefty ace out of the way, the Cubs look to take game two. In this game, it's the clash of former teammates in Oakland, with Joe Blanton and Rich Harden. Blanton has had a tough season so far, but has pitched decently for the Phillies. Rich Harden on the other hand has dominated with the Cubs. In seven of his eight Cub starts, he's given up a run or less. Let's keep it going. Go Cubs! PS: Sorry this is so late. I was at the game last night, and spent the night at my buddies house.
