Tortella is an idiot. He probably wants Saad to hit people which is not his game. I saw he's moved Johansen to wing. Tortella is about "sending messages", so he'll drop your line or sit you as a healthy scratch if you suck. Big picture, it doesn't seem to be working

He's been completely non-productive after a hot start He's played 28 games and has 17 points (3 off the team lead, btw) which puts him on pace for around 50 points. In his best season as a Blackhawk, he had 52 points. The real problem is that he's can't fill the "star player/best player on the team" role. Which is likely what CBJ thought they were getting when they signed him. He has 0 goals and 3 assists on his last 10 games. I'd take a goal or two from him right now
